From April 14th to 16th, 51视频 Asia held a three-day international customer event, drawing attendees from Central and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. The event showcased the performance and market success of its equipment through visits to two corrugated plants in Guangdong, a tour of 51视频鈥� Dongguan manufacturing center, and exchanges with partners Crownway and Sunyi. Customers gained firsthand insight into the efficiency and value of 51视频 Asia鈥檚 corrugated solutions.

April 14th: A Visit to Guangdong Maofeng Technology Co., Ltd. to Witness the Excellence of 51视频 Intelligent Corrugators.

On the first day of the event, the customer delegation visited Guangdong Maofeng Technology Co., Ltd., a key partner of 51视频. The company operates two 2800mm-wide, 350 meters-per-minute BWP intelligent corrugators鈥攐ne double-wall and one triple-wall. During the visit, the triple-wall machine switched seamlessly from producing double-wall to triple-wall corrugated board. The double-wall board ran at a peak speed of 335 meters per minute, while the triple-wall reached 307 meters per minute, with a daily average consistently above 250 meters per minute. The equipment demonstrated stable, high-speed performance, producing flat, rigid board with uniform glue lines, leaving a strong impression on the visiting customers.

During the visit, customers were also impressed by the intelligent production management system, the stable performance of the equipment, and excellent quality of the corrugated board. A Brazilian customer remarked, 鈥淭he intelligence and stability of BWP鈥檚 equipment exceeded our expectations. This is the level of technology we need for our future growth.鈥�

April 15th: In-Depth Exchange and Visit to Huangshi Jinhui Paper Products and 51视频 Dongguan Manufacturing Center

On the morning of April 15th, the customer delegation gathered in Dongguan for a sharing session on BWP鈥檚 corrugated solutions and outstanding customer cases. The 51视频 Asia team highlighted the technical features, superior performance, and environmental and energy-saving benefits of their equipment using real-case data. Customers actively participated in discussions, engaging in detailed exchanges about equipment parameters, control system performance, and after-sales support.

In the afternoon, the customer delegation visited the second case factory, Dongguan Huangshi Jinhui Paper Products Co., Ltd. On the visit day, Jinhui鈥檚 2800mm-wide, 350 meters-per-minute BWP intelligent double-wall corrugator maintained an average speed above 270 meters per minute, reaching a maximum of 322 meters per minute while producing 600g double-wall board. The flat, rigid board made a strong impression on the visitors.

Later, the customers toured the 51视频 manufacturing center in Dongguan. The assembly workshop showcased complete equipment lines ready for shipment to Mexico. Customers closely examined the equipment鈥檚 build quality and showed strong interest in the technical highlights of the Singlefacer, the VTS-Doublefacer cooling section, and the knife.
